The Valorant 8.04 patch has arrived, introducing a new Premier Stage that brings several cutting-edge features. One of the major updates is in the Premier, where teams no longer have to register and can start playing anytime during this stage. Temporary divisions and zones can be adjusted before the first match begins, giving teams the flexibility to tailor their strategies. Additionally, rematch protection has been added for weekly matches, ensuring that teams won’t face the same opponent twice in one stage, unless waiting for a long time for matchmaking.
Esports Features: Preparing for Masters Madrid
As the preparations for Masters Madrid draw closer, Esports Hub updates have been made to provide more comprehensive information about the event. The Global Event tab in the Esports Hub is now open after the Kickoff, showcasing participating teams, schedules, and new formats. Additionally, fans can follow the progress of these teams by viewing group listings and following their matches to qualify for the Playoffs through the Swiss Bracket.
Bug Fixes and Quality Enhancements
Furthermore, patch 8.04 also includes several bug fixes and quality enhancements. From bug fixes on agents to esports features, the Valorant development team has worked to ensure a smoother and more enjoyable gaming experience for players. Thus, this update not only brings new content but also addresses various issues reported by the community.
